Section 3: The Royal House of Yisra'eyl

3.3 The Royal House of Yisra'eyl comprises the King, the Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot (Queen Regnant), Queen Consorts, their children, and their descendants.

Section 4: The Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot (Queen Regnant)

3.4 The Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot (Queen Regnant) (הַגְּבִירָה הַגְּדוֹלָה הַמַּלְכוֹת, HaG'virah HaG'dolah HaMalkot) shall hold authority just below the King and serve as the head of the Executive Offices of the Monarchy.

3.4.1 The Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot shall assist the King in executive functions and oversee the various executive offices.

3.4.2 The Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot shall act as a Regnant in the King’s absence or incapacitation.

Section 5: The Queen Consorts

3.5 The Queen Consorts (הַמַּלְכוֹת הַקְּטַנּוֹת, HaMalkot HaK'tanot) shall assist the Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot in a secretarial capacity, overseeing the various Executive Offices of the Monarchy.

Section 6: The Royal Court

3.6 The Royal Court shall be composed of the Royal House of Yisra'eyl and shall oversee the sub-governance of the principalities within the territories of the kingdom.

3.6.1 The Royal Court shall include hereditary and commissioned members for oversight and governance.

3.6.2 The principalities shall be governed by the princes of the Royal House.

3.6.6.1 The founding Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot shall have Regnant authoritative powers over the kingdom.

Section 3.4: Executive Offices of the Monarchy

3.4.1 The following Executive Offices shall operate under the supervision of the Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot, with the assistance of the Queen Consorts and other pertinent staff:

    • Office of the Royal Palace**

3.4.2 The Office of the Royal Palace shall manage the day-to-day operations of the royal household, ensuring the efficient functioning of the palace and its staff.

    • Council of National Security**

3.4.3 The Council of National Security shall advise the King and the Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot on matters of national security, coordinating with the Chamber of Defense and the Director of National Intelligence.

This Act must cross-reference the Protocols of the Dynastic Royal House of Yisra’eyl and must not duplicate or contradict that instrument. The government Protocols should recognize the royal household's binding protocol authority, while this Act can govern the executive-office side of royal administration.
